Unlike popular cuisine, where this salad is served with chicken, turkey and/or bacon, our Caesar salad recipe is made without meat. Instead, it includes croutons and parmesan shavings.

Ingredients
2 lettuce hearts, without leaves
50g Parmesan cheese
4 slices of bread, with crust
5 tablespoons oil
1 egg
2 teaspoons capers
½ teaspoon mustard
1 pinch of Tabasco
1 clove of garlic, peeled
2 tomatoes, 1 lemon, pepper and salt
Preparation
- Brown the bread
Fry the bread cubes in 2 tablespoons of oil. - Cut the sucrines and tomatoes into pieces
