Summer weight watchers menu
In the heat of the day, it’s easy to indulge in scoops of ice cream and go out of your way to cool down. If you’re watching your figure, you know this is a bad idea. Do as the Weight Watchers do and opt for a light, healthy and effective summer menu to lose weight without stress.

Following the WW diet in summer
The WW programme is for everyone who loves to eat and wants to lose weight by limiting food restrictions. The slimming method teaches people to cook and eat in a balanced way based on a points system.
WW awards points to each food according to its calorie and nutrient content, as well as the energy expended during its assimilation. For example, products rich in protein and fibre are awarded lower points than ingredients high in fat and carbohydrates.
Each participant has a daily score according to age, gender, lifestyle, weight and body type. Anything goes, as long as you don’t exceed the number of points assigned to you by Weight Watchers.
But that doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to eat questionable products, too much sugar or too much fat. You can adapt your summer menu to the WW programme if you want to stay slim during the swimming costume season.
