Losing weight by eating as much as you want

Controlling one’s diet to reduce calorie intake, practising sports as regularly as possible and respecting the rules of a healthy lifestyle are the three parameters that must be combined when one wants to lose weight. It is especially the first one, paying attention to what you eat, that generally poses problems, as it can be difficult to resist the urge to snack or to give up certain tasty foods. Of course, there are many diets that try to limit the effects of frustration as much as possible, but can you really lose weight by eating as much as you want?

Regular physical activity to burn calories
If you don’t want to give up the nutritious meals you usually eat but still want to lose weight, there is only one alternative: sport. Exercising will allow your body to get rid of the high calorie intake from meals. It is recommended that you exercise several times a week, and for people who eat large meals, it is even better to exercise every day. This can be swimming, jogging, cycling, but also team sports, which you can do with your family or with a group of friends. A gym membership is also a good idea, especially if you have a habit of going to the gym every evening when you get off work. If you adopt this very active lifestyle, you should be able to continue to eat and enjoy yourself without gaining weight.

List foods to eat as much as you like
If you can’t stand the sight of half-filled plates, the right idea for you is to eat low-calorie foods, which can be eaten in large quantities without going overboard. These include raw vegetables, such as lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes, which all have less than 20 calories per 100 grams. To eat as much as you like during a meal, for example, prepare a large salad bowl full of lamb’s lettuce or baby greens, with a few slices of raw vegetables. Other foods are richer but have a very strong satiating power. For example, you are unlikely to eat five bananas in a row or a whole bag of oatmeal.

You should therefore make a list of foods that are good for your figure and summarise those to be avoided, which should be eaten as little as possible, otherwise all your efforts will be compromised.
