Recipe for light pasta bolognese

World food

Are you craving pasta bolognese but want it as light as possible? We’ve come up with a healthy and easy homemade recipe that is both tasty and healthy, and that you can make quickly with a cookeo.

Unlike the authentic recipe, which has more calories, we have deliberately removed the sausage meat and pancetta (or bacon) to make it lighter. We have also replaced the 2 glasses of milk with 5 cl of water.

  8. Serve
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and divide it among the plates
  9. Pour the Bolognese sauce
Cover the pasta with the Bolognese sauce.

There are variations of this low-fat recipe. You can add spices such as thyme, basil or oregano if you wish. You can choose tagliatelle or spaghetti as a side dish, depending on your preference. This low-calorie recipe is suitable for dieters, with the exception of the Dukan diet, and for all people, including pregnant women, who want to enjoy eating without gaining weight.

For those with a sweet tooth, you can also put the cooked and drained pasta in a casserole dish (it can be other types of pasta such as penne) and then add the Bolognese sauce and a little Parmesan cheese before putting it in the oven.
